Security Deposit in Garanty:

Fully refunded after the check-out inspection if no issues are found. Our inspection is the following: Damage of propeller (boat will go slower then normal or will not even move) means driver has crash prop to a rock or sand, broken bimini or rooftop by jumping from it or holding it to get on, lost cushions 100€,
Extra fee on Boat Pickup:
SUP Paddlesurf one max per boat 20€,Late arrival 10€, if you inform in advance no fee due; traffic, sickness, hangover etc. at least 1 hours before we will not charge late arrival. Change of time of pickup and drop off 20€. 50% off deposit off 20€ (just 100€ of deposit instead of 200€)
Extra fee on Boat returning:
Lost of snorkeling mask 10€ per mask, late return 100€ (NO charge if you inform us 30 minutes before the time.) Max return time is 19:00, Driving Out of rental range or area, Driving in forbidden areas with yellow buoy, parking in sand at the beach, going into ports of big boats, drive and crash into other boats.Crash with no persons injured, just boat or boat.

Drivers:
The minimum age to drive a rental boat is 18 years and The boat may only be driven by persons over 18. Otherwise, the insurance, or insurance contracted, will lose its validity.Our Boats are rentable with no boat licence needed, min age is 18 but we thrust our boat in hands to persons that have car driving license due similiar laws and handleling of a Machine :), Our boats Classic and Estable only could be rented to a driver over 24 year old
If you are under 24 years old and you have book a rental of Classic or Estable boat, the company will ask for a higher deposit like 400€ or more deposit or just cancel the booking.
Cancellations:
There is no charge for the modification or cancellation of reservation:24 hours in advance full refund.
12 hours in advance full refund only: medical emergency, sickness, accident.
Same day full refund if: BAD WEATHER, boat no available for mecanical reasons, accident, medical emergency proven,
After taking the boat, If you decides to return the boat before the end of the contract, the company will not return any amount of rental price.
Theft inside the boat left alone:
In no case does the insurance cover the theft of objects inside the vehicle.Fuel:
You only can refuel if the company autorize you! Notice you can NOT go in any Port with out permission of our company or port police!Entry to Ports
You should have a boat driver license to entry many ports due traffic of big boat, And the ports could charge a fee per drop off, parking or just pass by inside! avoid ports and call us before! we will autorize you if necesary.Fines:
All fines will be by the main driver of the boat, and €50 will be charged for each resource, or identification of the driver. fines could be by driving in restrict areas with Buoy, ports, near shore, near swimmer.Contact:

Anchor:Only over sand, you can see from the boat the bottom of the sea if it is sand, be aware that the police can fine you if you anchor over seagrass.
Avoid anchor over rocks, the anchor could get stuck and will not be able to retrive it. Losing a anchor will make you have to end your trip and come back.
Speed
Near other boats or port must be slow in idle if possible.To enter any port you have to inform us before.
To anchor you must be stop! but with the motor on, just incase you need to correct the position of the boat
